Cancellation's & no show's

Please note we require atleast 24 hours notice of any cancellations or reschedules. 

All of our therapists are self employed and this may be their only/ main wage, so a no show or last minute cancellation/ reschedule could mean they lose out on money. 

A 50% cancellation or rescheduling fee will be charged if less than 24 hours notice is given. 

If you do not show up for your appointment a 'no show' fee of the full amount will be charged.

This will need to be paid before any future bookings will be accepted. 

Nails & Lash extensions 

Please note we do not infill lashes that have not been done by us, this is because we do not know what products have been used or products may not be compatible with what you already have applied. 

In the event that you need a lash or nail fix within the first 4 days after initial appointment this will be free of charge anything after this there will be a fee.

Refunds

Please note we do not offer refunds, our time and products have been used to carry out your service so please make sure to let us know at the time of your appointment if there is anything you are unhappy with at all so we can change or fix this for you :)
